ThistleWire treats account information as controlled material. The register below identifies what enters the foundry, why it is shaped, and when it is retired.
Material register
A foundry credential records the submitted name and email, adult assurance, password-derived material, and verification status. Operational gauges may add device, browser, source, and fault context.
Permitted shaping
ThistleWire uses registered material for authentication, selected bulletins, security, aggregate floor counts, and technical maintenance. Individual game choices are not sold.
Outside tooling
Session cookies sustain access. Infrastructure, email, and protection contractors process narrow assignments under instruction rather than owning member material.
Retirement process
Gauge readings rotate on operational schedules. Credential information remains through membership and justified protection periods. privacy@thistlewire.com receives verified control requests.
